Delivery within Germany

free shipping - from 100 €
We ship your goods from 100 € free of charge to you. Shipping costs for orders under 100 € flat rate 3.99 €. The transport risk lies with us, in case of problems or obvious transport damage please contact us immediately and if possible have it noted by the deliverer.

Delivery within the EU

Of course you can also order from one of the EU countries.
For this shipping costs of 12,50 € will be charged.

 

We can deliver to the following countries:

Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus, Canada, Australia, United States of America.

Delivery to Liechtenstein or Norway will incur a shipping charge of €12.50.
Delivery to Canada, Australia or the United States of America will incur shipping costs of € 30.00, in some cases for smaller items (small and light) shipping is available for € 7.50.

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional costs may be incurred in the form of customs duties or import taxes, which are to be borne by you.

Our delivery times

It is our concern to get your goods to you as soon as possible. More than 95% of the orders can be shipped immediately after receipt of money.

With each article you have the possibility to call up the exact delivery time. In addition, the total delivery time is indicated in the shopping cart. Normally your order will be shipped completely, if a partial delivery is desired, please contact us.

If an order is particularly important or must be there on a certain date, contact us and we will see what we can do.

Shipment tracking

With DHL tracking you can always keep an eye on your shipment and check the status of your shipment at any time.

Self pickup

If you pick up your order yourself, you will not incur any additional costs. However, since we do not have a retail store, the pick-up date must be coordinated in advance by phone.
