Delivery within Germany
We will send your goods to you free of charge for orders over €100 . Shipping costs for orders under €100 are a flat rate of €6.00 . We bear the transport risk. If there are any problems or obvious transport damage, please contact us immediately and have the delivery person note it if possible. For small items, we offer the parcel post shipping option for €3.50 .
Delivery within the EU
Of course, you can also order from us from one of the EU countries.
Shipping costs of €14.00 apply. For small items we offer the shipping option of parcel post for €8.00 .
We can deliver to the following countries:
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus, Canada, Australia, United States of America and Japan.
For deliveries to Liechtenstein or Norway, shipping costs amount to €14.00 .
For deliveries to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan or the United States of America, shipping costs amount to €30.00 . For small items, we offer the shipping option of parcel post for €8.00 .
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional costs in the form of customs duties or import taxes may apply, which you must pay yourself.
Our delivery times
It is our aim to send you your goods as quickly as possible. We can ship over 95% of orders immediately after receiving payment.
You can view the exact delivery time for each item. The total delivery time is also shown in the shopping cart. Your order will usually be shipped in full; if you require partial delivery, please contact us.
If an order is particularly important or has to be there by a certain date, contact us and we will see what we can do.
Shipment tracking
With DHL shipment tracking, you can always keep an eye on your shipment and see the status of your shipment at any time.
As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with your shipment number. There you can check the current status of your shipment with just one click.
Self-collector
There are no additional costs for you if you pick up the item yourself. However, since we do not have a store, the pick-up time must be agreed in advance by telephone.
